What differentiates Appian BPM Suite from other similar products?
It has phenomenal customer service that is very professional and can solve most of the problems. Secondly, it provides reports for analysing business data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its customer service is definitely a plus. It is also easy to integrate with many services and usually integration is hassle free. It requires low code for making different business apps and allows for faster development due to its drag and drop interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It offers low customisability outside the drag and drop interface and it is very hard to edit the apps and improve UX/UI individually if one wants to. Its DBMS is outdated and has little to no support for newer languages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this software.

What I like the most about Appian BPM Software is the speed at which applications are developed, this software is the most powerful on the market, as if that were not enough, it helps you address business problems and then collect all that information and help solve all business problems.

Appian BPM Software has met and continues to exceed all my expectations, it has had no problems developing the applications that my company needs. it's great.
