It does a lot of different things that can be quickly adopted to organizations that don't have a lot of sales infrastructure already.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to setup new users and manage their accounts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a toss up between their jack-of-all tades, master of none, and the regular integration issues which have caused numerous issues throughout the year.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider your current tech stack first. If you have an overlap already, odds are it will do it better than Apollo. This platform is best used for when you need to quickly add full prospecting tool kit on a budget.
