What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Ability to deploy sandbox locally without paying additional license fees. Ability to build solutions independently before testing and deploying on the cloud version
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
2 user unlicensed sandbox which can be used to develop solutions, test production issues, resolve and deploy
What do you dislike most about this product?
No good deployment path like SAP STMS. Currently all customization packages needs to be implemented using zip files, generic inquiries via XML. This depends on human diligence for correct version management
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a large enterprise with complex business processes, this is not the ERP for you. However, if you are a small or medium business owner, usage based licensing model always wins for you

Mid-size business related, not overly complicated for a system admin/developer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a solid ERP but it has gaps. Support if you pay for it is very responsive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No Customer Merge ability after the Account has been extended to a Customer Profile.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider how bad your data is. Clean it up before importing and keep your ERP clean with data entry and safeguards if needed.
