The vast variety of features included in its "free" version.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Besides that if provides so much for monitoring (up to 3) employees for free? The screenshots it provides, and the alarms I can set for taking them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it can only monitor up to just 3 computers/users at one time under the free subscription.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want something that has a free version, you only have up to 3 employees that you need to monitor, and you want a software that has a vast variety of options to use for the maximum security you can get, then Activtrak is DEFINITELY the one you want! It's also free to try, and even provides new users with a free, 14-day Premium Access trial where you get to see everything they have to offer before deciding to buy or not!

What differentiates ActivTrak from other similar products?
I found the support from the customer service team was what won it for us. always on hand, time zone difference didn't matter.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The easy to use dashboard means i can monitor productivity at a glance
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the deeper insight features arent 'click to run' and need abit of setting up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be prepared to have to spend a little time tackling the admin like what domains to block and which category certain sites belong to. but once its done, its done and really helps you.
