What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
I'm switching from a competing platform that employs a unique framework for implementing automation. Using reports is a simple way to keep track of my progress and avoid losing track of anything. The process of adding contacts and making new lists is quick and easy as well. However, AC's most prominent feature is undoubtedly its customer service staff.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most is how simple it is to read reports and contact information. I also like how these programs make it simple to run campaigns and incorporate new features with only a click. Setting up new email campaigns and reusing already created layouts is a breeze. In my experience, ActiveCampaign is user-friendly. One-click and your follow-up emails are sent!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve is steep. It has taken a lot of time and effort, including consulting customer support and going through online tutorials to get everything set up correctly. There is no method for me to re-engage former participants if the automation fails. The automation settings are quite convoluted if I want to schedule an email series to be sent at a specified time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ActiveCampaign has met every one of my company's back-end requirements. They're a one-stop shop for everything my small company needs to send emails to customers. I've found that an Active Campaign is a fantastic tool for organizing my email marketing campaigns. The automation in Activecampagn's email follow-up feature is amazing.

Not much. it's pretty much similar to other ESP's

That it's easier to use and is cheap

Doesn't have the breadth of other features that similar ESPs have

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
I'm blown away by how many options there are! Love the automations and the excellent customer service from the crew. There is a lot of value in having monthly meetings to discuss issues and learn new things from one other.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It takes some time to get to know all of the features of ActiveCampaign. Despite this, their onboarding process is very personalized. 5 one-on-one conversations with an onboarding professional were the finest part of the webinars I attended. Helped me set it all up with her. I may now email the support team if I have any questions in the future. Everyone is usually eager to help and the response times are always quick. Because of this, the service stands out and is a game changer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As your email list grows, the cost will rise, but the return on investment from using this product will well above that of any of its competitors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ActiveCampaign is designed for more experienced users and more sophisticated marketing campaigns. To enhance conversions, it is a solution that demands effort and learning; but the benefits are worth it.
