What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Adobe Acrobat Sign is how it simplifies the client signature process. As a solo Product Management consultant, I need agreements and approvals to move quickly without creating extra work for my clients. Acrobat Sign makes it easy to send documents, track status, and get completed signatures in a professional way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main thing I dislike is that some parts of Adobe Acrobat Sign can feel more complex than they need to be for a solo consultant or small business user. The product has a lot of features, which is valuable, but setup, branding, and workflow configuration can sometimes feel geared toward larger organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Adobe Acrobat Sign if you regularly send client agreements, approvals, or other documents that need signatures. It is especially valuable if you already work with PDFs or Adobe tools. Take time to set up templates and notifications early, because that is where the product can save the most time.

What differentiates Adobe Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

When we have a dispute about a contract the audit trail from this software is our best friend. It is better than other tools because the report is such a high level of detail, and so legally solid that nobody can ever argue with the facts. I believe it is the best because it provides such a high level of accountability for all imvolved in a deal. It makes our business much more secure and professional in the eyes if our partners.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the feature that i can actually see the exact time and place a document was signed. Will carry a lot of weight to our documents and makes me feel very safe with our businesses agreements. Interface for the adimin is very logical and easy to export all those logs at the end of the month for our archives. The software is very stable and we haven't had any major issue with it, in the two years we have been using it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a little bit annoying that u need to pay extra for "government id" verification functionality. It feels like it should be part of the professional plan as we pay for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a must have for any company that deals with high stakes contracts. It is secure and very reliable and provides all the legal proof you need to protect your business. It is a great investment for long term security and professionalism.

What differentiates Adobe Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

It is better than written records because everything is encrypted and so much easier to search for when i need to find an old agreement. i think it is the best because it integrates so well with the rest of the adobe suite which we already use for everything else. it has made our office much cleaner and more organized than it has ever been.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how i can organize my signed documents into different folders right inside the app so i can keep my different projects separate. the ability to add a "private note" to signers is also very helpful in giving them specific instructions that don't need to be part of the actual contract. the software is very stable and i haven't had any issues with data loss or corrupted files since we made the switch. it is a very reliable and professional solution for any office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The log off timer is a little aggressive me and i find that i have to keep logging back in multiple times throughout the day which can be quite a headache if i am busy at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a fantastic tool for anyone who wants to go paperless. it is secure and very easy to use and will help you to keep your business much more organized and professional. you will never want to go back to paper once you start using this.
