What differentiates Adobe Acrobat Sign from other similar products?
Adobe Sign is much easier to use and adoption is quite fast for first-time users. Little training was required with a low learning curve. It was also cheaper compared to other options of similar products we had. Also, the speed of signing files and the ability to send large files for signatures are amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Adobe Sign is the ability to upload new files and select the ones needed for every customer. The user interface is easy to use and navigate. We have gone paperless as there is no printing of files that require signatures. It has really saved time for us by being able to sign files and transfer them. Building templates is a breeze and can be customized to it our needs
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer service needs improvement as they were available on chat only which at times is difficult to solve complex problems.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Adobe Sign has been great, it has been adapted easily in my workplace and has replaced our previous manual signing of files. It has had a tremendous value in our organization and i wouldn't have it any other way.

I have no experience from similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the fact that this product secures documents by signing them effectively. Documents signed using Adobe Sign are not easily tempered with.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to dislike from this great product.
