Survey Background

In the first quarter of 2009, Info-Tech surveyed IT leaders to find out about their cost reduction activities and behaviors. The survey delved into nine major IT spending areas, as well as demographic data, including:

  • Total number of employees
  • Number of IT staff
  • Annual revenues
  • Size of IT budget
