  • Problems and concerns are recorded, reported, and tracked.
  • An Issue Log provides data for more productive performance reviews with vendors.
  • It is an excellent source of information when a contract is being reviewed for renewal.
Keep a current copy of each Issue Log as part of a comprehensive Vendor File for ready access by all who deal with the vendor.
