  • Gather and record critical information about the grant funding opportunity
  • Speak with the organization's priority sponsors to learn about the feasibility of implementing the project if awarded grant funding
  • Have priority sponsors advocate for why the related grant should be pursued
  • Working with required participants to get consensus on which funding opportunities will be pursued
