This tool will help you plan and organize initiatives to achieve the target big data architecture.
- Fill in the initiative cells in the Initiative Planning worksheet. For each initiative, include a high-level name, and then list its components.
- Plan the sequence, start time, and length of each initiative in the Roadmap tab. The tool will generate a GANTT chart based on the start and length of each initiative.
