A Call to Action: The Government of Canada Updates Its Data Strategy for the Federal Public Service and Raises the Bar for Leveraging Data

In April 2023, the Government of Canada released the 2023–2026 Data Strategy for the Federal Public Service. It is designed to harness the power of data to drive digital transformation, enhance decision making, and improve public service delivery in Canada. It calls on departments to establish several measures to ensure the effective access and use of its data assets.
