Shawn is an Associate Vice President at Info-Tech, leading the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. He brings over 11 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in all areas of organizational effectiveness, HR strategy, and employee retention. Prior to joining Info-Tech in 2019, Shawn served as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness at GoodLife Fitness, where he oversaw and optimized employee communications, developed the HR strategy, and created HR policies and procedures to propel business objectives.

Shawn’s areas of expertise include organizational effectiveness, HR strategic planning, project management, and employee retention. His innovative leadership skills were instrumental in pioneering the launch of a Corporate Social Responsibility Program at GoodLife Fitness and championing a company-wide technology shift by implementing a cutting-edge CRM and ERP software at a national level. His exceptional ability to surpass employee retention metrics and enhance employee engagement has consistently garnered recognition and delivered tangible results.
