About Jordan Detmers

Jordan is a Senior Workshop Product Manager for ITSM and PPM at Info-Tech Research Group. He manages the planning, delivery, and quality of Info-Tech’s IT service management and project and portfolio management workshops. Jordan has led a number of training initiatives for our new member acquisition team and has delivered keynotes on AI and its impact on service management. He covers some of our most popular topics such as service desk, PPM strategy, change management, and project management. He also manages product development and management for the workshops in this space.

Prior to being on the workshops team, Jordan focused on research and advisory engagements in the ITSM practice as well as delivering on-site workshops to clients across North America and Europe. He has written research on service desk, asset management, change management, release management, and ITSM tools. Jordan holds a BSc (Hons) in Biology and an MES from Western University, and certificates in UX Design, Machine Learning, and AI + Business Strategy from OCAD, Stanford, and MIT, respectively.
