About Jennifer Waxman

Jennifer Waxman is the Associate Vice President of HR Advisory Services and Workshops at McLean & Company, where she leads the teams who support our clients in achieving their HR and organizational objectives though advisory calls, focus groups, and workshops. She brings deep experience leading talent management and employee development initiatives, talent acquisition program development, compensation programs and change management, and HR research to her work with clients and her team. Jennifer is passionate about finding the sweet spot between organizational and employee needs to drive results. 

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Jennifer held HR business partner and management roles in start-up and established national and multinational firms.  Jennifer managed organization-wide and department-specific change initiatives, led the development and implementation of organization- specific compensation programs, and organizational design and restructuring. She also focused on driving retention and engagement through the through development of role-specific competency models and employee career development plans and enabling leaders to successfully assess and manage talent. 

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Industrial Relations degree from the University of Toronto.  She is a Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci) and a member of the Human Resources Professional Association.
