About Frank Brilliant
SVP, Acquire
Frank Brilliant is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience leading global go-to-market organizations within research and advisory-driven businesses. As Senior Vice President, Acquire at Info-Tech Research Group, he is responsible for advancing the firm’s new client acquisition strategy and strengthening the commercial foundation for long-term growth.
Frank began his career as one of the earliest employees at Forrester Research, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the business from its early stages into a global advisory firm. He has served in senior executive capacities – including SVP of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Executive Officer – at Forrester Research, Wolters Kluwer, and Lux Research. Throughout his career, Frank has focused on building growth engines, leading organizational transformation, and driving performance in subscription-based and insight-led business models that has led to IPOs and Private Equity exits.
Frank is based in the Boston area.
