Throughout his career, Emmett has led enterprise-level transformation across mission-critical industries. As director of data, advanced analytics, and AI at the world’s largest nuclear power facility, he led large-scale data and AI initiatives supporting operational reliability and strategic priorities. As an enterprise information architect at a top Canadian bank, he shaped enterprise data platforms, governance frameworks, and modern data architectures at scale. As founder of his consulting practice focused on digital transformation, data foundations, and AI adoption, he has advised major midstream and infrastructure organizations across Canada and the US.
His work centers on clear architecture, practical delivery patterns, and robust governance. Emmett’s perspective emphasizes that successful AI adoption is less about technology and more about aligning architecture, data foundations, risk management, and organizational readiness.
