- Mobility definitions, including mobile platform vendors, mobile hardware vendors, mobile developers, corporate developers, branded app developers, app store developers, mobile application distribution platforms, and carriers/telcos.
- Consumerization of IT.
- Explosion of mobile apps.
- Upcoming research topics.
By studying mobility from the IT department's perspective, the research will be able to uncover opportunities for vendors and solution providers. Info-Tech Indaba will also study developer behavior in order for platform vendors to provide them with the most appealing value proposition.
