This briefing script template is designed to help the IT department provide vendors with a consistent set of instructions ensuring an objective comparison of IT service management (ITSM) product features.
It is intended not as an exhaustive list of every product feature for the vendor to demonstrate, but rather to force the vendor to demonstrate important, common processes and tasks that IT and business users can expect to execute if that particular ITSM solution is adopted.
