Dramatically reduce helpdesk calls and increase network security by reducing the number of passwords users need to remember. Password synchronization solutions generally offer a more compelling return on investment opportunity than what can be achieved through implementation of single sign-on.

Reducing the number of passwords users need to remember can be achieved via implementing either a password synchronization system or a single sign-on solution. Info-Tech estimates that 30 percent of all help desk calls are password related. Implementing a system that can reduce these calls by even half means that support can increase the service it currently offers to its end users, or help desk staff overhead can be reduced by 15 percent.
