The Metrics Tracking Tool contains three tabs:

  1. Begin with the metrics tracking plan to determine the batch of service metrics for each deployment. Decide the baseline, frequency, and targeted stakeholders.
  2. Once the metrics are implemented, periodically track the actual results.
  3. Determine and track the remediation plan to improve or correct the behavior identified through the original metrics.
