About Usama El Saman

Usama El Saman Mohamed is the Vice President of McLean & Company’s Consulting Services group. He has expansive experience in organizational strategy, design, effectiveness, transformation, cultural alignment, change management, and leadership development, both as a consultant and as a practitioner, with public and private sector clients in a range of industries. Selected previous engagements include people and leadership development campaigns; end-to-end organizational development and corporate strategy implementation; and delivering organizational effectiveness through learning, communication, leadership engagement, and change champion networks.

Usama holds a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo.
