Nicky brings over 20 years of global experience as a senior HR, talent, and organizational development leader to her role as Executive Advisor at McLean & Company. Her expertise spans talent management, leadership development, succession planning, performance enablement, engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting organizations through complex transformation and growth.

Throughout her career, Nicky has partnered closely with executive leaders to design and implement enterprise-wide people strategies that align with business priorities and deliver measurable impact. She is known for her builder’s mindset and her ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable solutions, including leadership frameworks, performance systems, and end-to-end talent programs.

Nicky’s leadership experience spans global, matrixed organizations across industries including mining, financial services and banking, pension and asset management, healthcare, engineering-driven environments, and professional services. She has led initiatives across North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and West Africa, bringing a global and culturally grounded perspective to her advisory work.

Nicky is a trusted strategic advisor recognized for her thoughtful, pragmatic approach and her ability to help HR leaders navigate complexity, strengthen capability, and enable sustainable organizational performance.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Post-Graduate Diploma from the University of the West Indies, a Master of Arts from the University of Warwick, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas. Nicky is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and is based in the Toronto area.
