About Jeff Bonnell

Jeff Bonnell is the Vice President of Human Resources at Info-Tech Research Group, where he leads talent acquisition strategies, learning and development programs, and the HR operations team, as well as initiatives to enhance employee engagement, rewards, and recognition.

Jeff brings to his role more than 20 years of experience empowering high-performing teams, with a focus on employer and company brand. As such, he is adept at coaching, influencing, and facilitating effective people management in the pursuit of continuously improving operations.

A conceptual and strategic thinker, he likes to design and execute successful HR frameworks with a practical, sustainable, creative, and results-driven approach. Prior to joining Info-Tech, Jeff held leadership HR roles at Deloitte, Exchange Solutions, BDO, and PwC, where, among other things, he drove transformation, innovation, talent management, and total rewards.

Jeff is particularly passionate about the power of engagement and energizing the employee experience. His professional creed is to “enable insight, engagement, and results.”
