The role of the Social Media Representative is to handle social media interactions with customers by responding to dialogue over channels like Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. From these interactions, the individual will identify potential customers and enlarge the prospect pool. This individual will represent the organization and brand when dealing with customers, thus skills in professional communication and an ability to work in a team are necessary assets.
