Big data requires support and buy-in from the entire organization. To gain this support, a strong business case must be developed. This template can be used to help the project leader:
- Explain which pattern will be targeted and which business issue it will address.
- Communicate assumptions, scope, and resources that are included in the business case (related to the organization’s maturity level).
- Display the quantitative and qualitative cost/benefit analysis in order to show the value of the project to the organization’s bottom line.
