The Application Integration Readiness Assessment Tool is designed to identify your organization’s readiness for application integration (AI) across your people, process, and technology silos. Based on your answers to a series of questions, this tool will evaluate your readiness on both an overall and a categorical basis and identify areas of improvement.
You will be asked specific evaluation questions, such as:
- The relationship and collaboration between IT and business departments.
- The knowledge and familiarity of business process among staff.
- Any established IT policies that will impact AI.
Use this tool in conjunction with the Develop an Application Integration Strategy storyboard.
