Today's Value Added Resellers (VARs) are ramping up the degree of services offered to their SME clients through interactive account personalization with extended options to enable and control employee-driven purchasing. While resellers seek to gain new clients for whom these additional services represent a tipping point in the VAR versus vendor decision, enterprises that have already made the decision to use a VAR can increase the mileage they get from a reseller by taking advantage of these new services.
