The DR Test Issue Log and Analysis Tool provides a tracking method during the DR test. Facilitators are expected to distribute the tool to each system owner, and following the test, gather the data from each system owner. The tool will assist the facilitator in compiling a summarized analysis based on the errors and issues of the test. The tabs in the tool include:
- Data Entry: Prior to distributing the tool, the facilitator is expected to identify a list of issue types that system owners will likely encounter during testing. This will standardize reporting once the tool is completed.
- Issue Log: System owners will populate this tab during their test process, leveraging both the pre-filled drop-down menus as well as documenting additional comments as necessary.
- Issue Log Analysis: Once the Issue Log is complete, the issue log analysis will automatically populate with information on the number and type of issue occurrences, issue priority, and issue resolution status.
