This template will help build a living MDM strategic roadmap for the enterprise. The template is broken down into two main sections: MDM Core Capabilities and Domain-Specific.
- The MDM Core Capabilities section is meant to serve as an overarching view of MDM in the organization. The information in the sub-sections should take into consideration all MDM domains that may be present in the organization. Subsequently, the information should remain static for each stage of the MDM implementation.
- The domain-specific section of this template is intended to serve as a documentation of decisions specific to the domains being implemented in the organization. The subsections may change over time as additional domains are discovered.
