The purpose of this tool is to create a roadmap to support IT throughout the integration process. Use it to track critical elements of the integration project.
This Excel tool contains the following:
- A Project Data tab to set up the requirements for the Work Schedule tab.
- A Work Schedule tab to document the typical attributes of your integration project tasks. This tab includes a Gantt chart.
- An Issue Log tab to keep track of any issues and resolutions.
- A Progress Report tab to monitor the progress of the integration project.
