A Personal Development Plan represents a very serious commitment to your career, and building the capabilities you need to move your role forward.

The Personal Development Plan is used to map specific activities and time frames towards competency development, with the goal of addressing competency gaps and moving your role forward. If you have a coach or mentor, you should share your plan, and report progress to that person. Alternatively, call Info-Tech to speak with a Principal Consulting Analyst for support and advice.
