This tool analyzes the organization’s structure concerning mobile devices and determines its readiness to enter into the mobile space. This tool considers the following when determining an organization’s readiness: 

  • Demand for mobile development
  • Business buy-in, funds, and budgets
  • Defined purpose, and understanding of end-user needs
