Collecting IT staff feedback is extremely useful for diagnosing problems and identifying potential areas for improvement. Well-run IT organizations have a rigorous and ongoing feedback process in place. Using staff feedback typically follows a series of four steps:
- Organizational assessment.
- Selecting a feedback method and executing collection.
- Analysis of staff feedback.
- Implementation of improvements.
This tool will ask a series of questions related to management and staff perceptions, the relative importance of various areas of management concern, and the current feedback processes that are in place. Based on these inputs, it will offer recommendations for improving IT staff feedback processes.
