- Determine the role and reach of your EPMO in delivering portfolio governance, PPM administration, and project leadership.
- Draft an EPMO Charter.
- Draft a stakeholder engagement plan to ensure the EPMO has adequate executive backing.
- Establish a communication plan to create stakeholder awareness.
