Jeff Caughell is Chief Marketing Officer of Info-Tech Research Group.

Jeff joined the company in 2000 and is known for identifying and solving problems by drawing on his deep understanding of the company’s various divisions. Over his nearly 25 years with the organization, Jeff has held several positions, including in sales, IT, and marketing.

A dynamic speaker and operations expert, he has led the charge on various new and ambitious initiatives, such as building the Sales Operations department from scratch. In his role as CMO, Jeff continues to lead with a people-first approach and leverages his extensive expertise to prioritize, manage, and execute on strategic initiatives that support the business's success.
