For each of the organization's core applications (up to fifteen), complete an App# worksheet:
- Identify the application
- Describe its projected lifecycle
- Answer questions projecting lifecycle adjustment requirements
Each application will be plotted on the chart on the Roadmap worksheet. Once all applications have been described, review the Roadmap worksheet to ensure that no resource constraints exist. If they do, revisit individual App# worksheets and adjust lifecycle transition timing accordingly.
