Roadmap Workshop Breakout Templates

Follow the steps outlined in the Improve IT-Business Alignment with an Infrastructure Roadmap blueprint to use these templates:

1. Schedule a roadmapping workshop.
2. Distribute these templates to infrastructure team members to be populated with information relevant to their domain(s) of responsibility:
1. Legacy technology watch-list
2. Emerging technology radar
3. Current and target state
4. Risks and dependencies
5. Actions required (multi-year roadmap)
3. Consolidate the templates into a “Master Roadmap” in the Infrastructure Roadmap Workbook.
