    Would like to see specific number of staff supported (or a closer range) along withthe number of staff available to we can see whether a gap exist. With the current chart on tab 3, one has to see what the ratio is and them mentally calculate what we actually have at each level and add those numbers together.... too much mental stuff has to happen to find the gap.
