What differentiates Nextpoint from other similar products?

Nextpoint is highly intuitive and easy to use. I work with communication and fortunately in relation to other software I had an easy and perfect adaptation, just like my colleagues. Another thing that differentiates it from others is the fact that it customizes and groups documents in easily visible folders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Anyone can review documents Easy to use Intuitive Field Mapping Custom export settings Allows you to store, group and classify documents by subject

What do you dislike most about this product?

The deduplication tool leaves a lot to be desired The results are presented in small lists of 5 to 10 so we are forced to click the mouse several times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't waste time, it's one of the best software in its area, it allows document review as well as typing and our documents are always safe. The support team always responds whenever we need help.

What differentiates Nextpoint from other similar products?

It's a product that had more flexibility plus an easy interface to be able to do the work. It is versatile and good to use internally but also good to connect everyone

The platform and how simple it is to onboard new employee

Can be tedious and can run a lot faster. Other than that nothing really is an issue or a deal breaker

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The recommendation would be to customize it. Otherwise it gets a lot of inefficiencies.
