The software supports multiple languages, which helps global organizations communicate with their diverse workforces.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Administrators can see at a glance how notifications are going, how employees are responding, and how well the communication is working. This lets organizations see what's going on, make decisions, and change their emergency plans if needed. The software is easy to use, even for non-technical people in stressful situations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software is currently accessed through a web-based platform, which may be difficult for employees who need to respond to emergencies on the go. A mobile app with push notifications would make the software more accessible and ensure timely communication, even when employees are away from their desks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product was useful during a recent natural disaster because it could be used to target people in different locations and languages. We quickly found and told the affected employees what was going on in their language. The real-time reporting dashboard helped us keep track of the situation and make decisions to protect our employees and business.
