What differentiates AlertMedia Mass Notification from other similar products?

Smooth, simple, reliable and effective!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I feel safer and more secure knowing that AlertMedia has my organization under control. We'll know right away and can plan accordingly based on the situation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's hard to tell right away what location an alert pertains to. I'd love an easy visual indicator for businesses with multiple locations, like a color or symbol to differentiate them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If security, weather, or incident management is a priority for your company, AlertMedia is a must.

What differentiates AlertMedia Mass Notification from other similar products?

Very customizable with the message and type of communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that users can text back to the emergency alter text

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could be our end, but only works for people who change their HR info to say "mobile" number, if they list their number as a "home" number the system wont send it alerts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worth it and makes emergency management easier and safer
