What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Airtable is the best tool for organizing data, keeping track of your expertise, and creating and sharing information with others. We use Airtable as a CRM, sub-equipment task manager, and social media calendar. Real people have created a variety of lists, planning templates, research and content plans, budget plans, and so on. It's great to be able to look at other people's templates; it's helped me find new ways to work. Customers and coworkers can view your calendars, giving you project management superpowers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The options for enhancing text need to be expanded and refined. In this case, "Alternate" simplifies things for me since there are not enough abstractions for my team's responsibilities. There are a lot of spreadsheets on one page, which complicates the presentation. The layout of the page might be helpful to them. Perhaps a look at the code editor might be beneficial. Sometime you just want someone else's perspective without it being included in your base, and that can be very pricey. Only the account owner should be able to charge an account because everyone benefits from it.

Consider Airtable instead of Trello. Each of these bases can be accessed directly from the home page. It is also possible to share the base with others by using the sharing link on the base's page. For project management, Airtable comes in handy, as it allows you to organize files into different categories with subfolders, assign deadlines based on daily work time, and add tasks in order of importance, all in one spot. If you're not sure where to begin, start by using templates and customizing them to match your needs.

Using AirTable, you can create a polished and professional survey/application form in only a few minutes. In addition to a broad range of options, conditional formatting allows you to create longer surveys while still keeping everything tidy and orderly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

AirTable would benefit from the option to specify upload parameters for items such as pictures. Consider if you could set the required size, file type, and so on, and it would reject any file or picture kind that did not meet the specifications. Instead than asking for information in many places, a single contact form with email, name, and phone number would be preferable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms users who prefer a more aesthetically pleasing platform can use Airtable. This is a great option if you have a lot of clients to take care of at once. Being able to find everything in one place has saved me many hours of work time.
