The importance of selecting a good VAR/integrator cannot be overstated when undertaking a LAN refresh project. In a recent Info-Tech survey, the importance of selecting the right VAR/integrator became very evident. The correlation between satisfaction with the VAR/integrator and the overall success of the LAN refresh project is significant. For example, almost 98% of respondents who were satisfied with their VAR/integrator were also satisfied with the overall LAN implementation, compared to only 62% who were dissatisfied with their VAR/integrator.
