This workbook will be used to document, archive, and inform your teams and stakeholders of the user stories that you intend on completing in the next sprint or release. For each story, identify:
- Size
- Priority
- A list of tasks
This document should not deviate from the discussions you had in your Agile project and sprint planning sessions.
