On thing I noticeably saw absent was Systems Center Configuration manager. That is an incredibly powerful remote control tools that has a whole host of integrated features that make it appealing.
We've started working with Absolute Manage and have been pretty happy with it. We'll be rolling it out enterprise-wide soon.
