    A fair introduction to the concept of Remote Desktop Control, however, when talking about type of solutions, these concepts (SaaS and On-Premise) should be explained rather than assume the viewer watching an introduction video would know the concepts.
    It felt the start was a little disjointed but the summary of adoption and communicate was good.
    Reference was made to InfoTech Note on Remote Desktop Control but it was unclear where it could be found. It would be nice to link to it from this page -- where watching the video.
    Presently, this is not directly related to my responsibility as I primarily use remote control for servers only. Fortunately the ability is built-in both the Macintosh client and server.
