Exercise 4.3 in the Make the Case for Hyper-V project deck calls for you to plot a roadmap of events and actions across people, processes, and technology. Brainstorm (individually or as a group) existing events and initiatives that may represent a decision point for Hyper-V. When these are in place, begin plotting the actions you have created in previous exercises. Adjust the timeline where applicable.
Use this tool to document the results of that exercise in a digital format. The tool includes:
- A timeline of projects to quickly organize your initiatives and assign tasks.
- A radar map to communicate your initiatives to core stakeholders in a visually appealing format.
The radar map can be copied into the Case for Evaluating Hyper-V document (insert link).
