Applications demonstrations are critical to the software selection process. They allow a variety of stakeholders in the enterprise to see how competing software packages meet criteria that matters most to them. Participant feedback from demonstrations can provide crucial data for an informed selection. Although qualitative insights are very important, a system of scoring also provides quantitative measures by which to judge applications.
