Business Intelligence (BI) is growing in importance for many educational institutions. Info-Tech recently surveyed a number of school IT leaders about their BI initiatives. The study explored three key issues:
- Top drivers for BI projects included more informed decision making and deeper insight into operations.
- Realized benefits included improved decision making and higher quality of education.
- Key challenges were data quality and access to IT resources.
